That’s the thing with these websites/apps.. I never keep up with them because when I attempt to calculate & track down the foods I’ve eaten, so items don’t exist on their food database. It sounds like a simple excuse but it bugs me when I have to try calculating my own calories of the food that they don’t have on their list. NOW, however.. I’ll be sticking to super basic foods. Fruits, vegetables, cheese, &hopefully staying away from those home  cooked filipino meals. Haha(: Anyway, this site is still getting rave reviews where others similar as myself are getting a lot of use out of it. I shouldn’t get so easily frustrated with noting down what I eat because its just another form of giving up. 

So with the start up of Loseit.com & my attempt to begin Insanity.. I’m ready to give in as much dedication as I can to stick to these external sources to help me come closer to my goals. I wanna finish my race already! So I better start to seriously buckle down and get myself together.

First response to every single waiter/waitress I come across each time I dine out. The only time I say something else would be if I&#8217;m craving for tea. HAHA. But yes, &#8220;I&#8217;ll just have water please!&#8221; is all you need to begin at every restaurant you go to.. Then again, I honestly never really loved soda.

Amazing form. Yoga might be a good option that I should start exploring.. My body&#8217;s super used to kickboxing &amp; of course cardio&#8217;s always good but change comes from variety. With that said, I think I should try conquering yoga next week? (:

  • Grape Tomatoes 
  • 2 Packs of Petite Carrots
  • 2 Bags of Baby Spinach
  • Special K Multigrain Honey & Oats
  • 100-cal pack popcorn
  • Nacho flavored popcorn seasoning
  • Orange Strawberry Banana Juice
  • Thin Crisps Triscuits (Original & Parmesan flavored)
  • Cucumber Dill Feta dip
  • Broccoli
  • Eggs
  • String Cheese
  • Wheat Bread
  • Wheat Tortilla 
  • Cucumber 
  • Canned tuna
A YEAR AGO.. This would have been completely different! There would’ve been way more starches, everything BUT triscuits, &a fourth of the vegetables/fruits I get now. I’m so happy that the eating habits I’m trying to gain are getting to my parents as well. A little pricier than usual but nonetheless, much more worth it. Especially because making sure everything is eaten is better than worrying about finishing all the chips we used to get! Even my dad’s loved seeing the groceries we come back home with these days(:
