That’s the thing with these websites/apps.. I never keep up with them because when I attempt to calculate & track down the foods I’ve eaten, so items don’t exist on their food database. It sounds like a simple excuse but it bugs me when I have to try calculating my own calories of the food that they don’t have on their list. NOW, however.. I’ll be sticking to super basic foods. Fruits, vegetables, cheese, &hopefully staying away from those home cooked filipino meals. Haha(: Anyway, this site is still getting rave reviews where others similar as myself are getting a lot of use out of it. I shouldn’t get so easily frustrated with noting down what I eat because its just another form of giving up.
So with the start up of Loseit.com & my attempt to begin Insanity.. I’m ready to give in as much dedication as I can to stick to these external sources to help me come closer to my goals. I wanna finish my race already! So I better start to seriously buckle down and get myself together.

First response to every single waiter/waitress I come across each time I dine out. The only time I say something else would be if I’m craving for tea. HAHA. But yes, “I’ll just have water please!” is all you need to begin at every restaurant you go to.. Then again, I honestly never really loved soda.

Amazing form. Yoga might be a good option that I should start exploring.. My body’s super used to kickboxing & of course cardio’s always good but change comes from variety. With that said, I think I should try conquering yoga next week? (:
